BlueTek has been appointed as a HP Service Delivery Partner (SDP) for HP’s desktops, laptops, workstations and thin clients. This enables BlueTek to directly handle hardware support calls for these products, within their HP warranty period.

Our purpose with this new accreditation, is to offer better turnaround and service levels to you as our valued customer. As a HP SDP, we are directly involved in the diagnoses process and the replacement of the faulty parts.

For us to handle the HP call for you, the call must however be logged with BlueTek’s call center and not via HP’s Call Center or webpage.

If you want to make use of our support services for HP desktops, laptops or workstations:

• Products with a HP carry-in warranty: Please take the product to one of our branches in Potchefstroom or Mafikeng (contact details)
• Products with a HP on-site warranty: Visit www.bluetek.co.za, click on support and specify “HP Call” as the type of support. You can also send an e-mail to csn@bluetek.co.za with all the relevant details. Our system will e-mail a call reference number (L.....) to you and you will receive progress updates on your call. A BlueTek technician will be dispatched to handle the repair/replacement.
• To check the type of warranty you have or the validity, e-mail support@bluetek.co.za with the product details.
• To log calls telephonically, contact our call centre at 018 297 0164 and ask for support.

We can also quote and supply HP spares for out of warranty HP products. You are welcome to contact sales@bluetek.co.za for more information or quotations.
