BlueTek has been appointed as a HP Service Delivery Partner (SDP) for HP’s desktops, laptops, workstations and thin clients. This enables BlueTek to directly handle hardware support calls for these products, within their HP warranty period.
Our purpose with this new accreditation, is to offer better turnaround and service levels to you as our valued customer. As a HP SDP, we are directly involved in the diagnoses process and the replacement of the faulty parts.
For us to handle the HP call for you, the call must however be logged with BlueTek’s call center and not via HP’s Call Center or webpage.
